of Deviation billing IS ensure performance of purchaser duties
according to the Act No. 659/2007 Coll. on the introduction of the
euro currency in the Slovak Republic. Innovation also implements
new rules of electricity market (The Regulation of the Government

Deviations billing on electricity market according to the rules effective from January 1st, 2006
SEPS, a.s. took up a challenge - till December
31st, 2005, to implement a new legislative rules in deviations
billing in the electricity market, which are effective from January
1st, 2006, by means of XMatik® NT/OFS V9.0 product
delivery.
This delivery ensures support, changes and extension of
functionality of long-acting system XMatik® NT/OFS,
which performs the requierments of Statutory order of Slovak
republic, No. 124/2005 of Coll. and ÚRSO resolution No. 008/2006/E: daily
evaluation of balance of delivery and consumption of electricity
(D-1), daily evaluation of deviations (D+1), decadal evaluation of
deviations (D10), final evaluation of deviations (D+14), interface
realization for the purpose of publication of public and private
data about the deviations on the web sites, modification of invoice
module for decadal billing, modification of invoice module by way
of billing for deviation evaluation, based on ending consumption
for subjects with point of supply (URSO resolution No. 0008/2006/E
point 8), modification of invoice module by way of billing to
traders for deviation evaluation through the annual fix fee (URSO
resolution No. 0008/2006/E point 9), modification of invoice system
in billing of island connection (URSO resolution No. 0008/2006/E
point 3).

Delivery of XMatik® NT/OFS V8.0 product with the Risk Management support for deviations billing
Delivery of solution with the Risk Management support for
deviations billing is in accordance with valid statutory order of
Slovak republic No. 124/2005 of Coll., which appoint rules for
electricity market functioning. XMatik® NT/OFS V8.0
product supports index evaluation for relative deviation of billing
subjects and average price of positive deviation, which affects
level of financial guarantee. System also follows the subject´s
liabilities towards clearing centre. Support for daily diagram
registration is augmented; permitted amount of trades and current
stage of possible suspension of subject registration is controlled.

Delivery of a complex solution for clearing of deviations at the
electricity market that fully meets the requirements of legislation
and URSO (Office for Regulation of Network Industries) resolutions.
XMatik® NT/OFS V5.0 provides support for entering of
hourly diagrams in ESS XML format, support for entering of supplier
hourly diagrams, evaluation adjustment of system fees according to
the URSO 0001/2004/05/E decision, evaluation, adjustment of access
fees according to the URSO 0001/2004/05/E decision, support for
entering of the price list for regulating energy, evaluation of
supplier hourly performance, billing modifications in customer and
supplier deviations according to the URSO 0006/2004/05/E decision,
support for unbundling, support for measured values import in MS
CONS format, modifications of rules for subject deviation pricing

from technological systems of measured values collection DGC 500,
DGC 2000 as well as EDW 2000; it provides an interface for data
