Bentley Redline
Bentley Redline offers basic tools for working with DGN/DWG drawings, including support of connected raster files. Besides the standard functions of viewing of the drawing content it provides a tool for commenting on the viewed drawings in the form of a so called redline (drawing of comments), printing in the scale and possibility of adjusting by Visual BASIC.
